Lips are a focal point of the face, giving balance and composition to the features around them. Whether yours are thinner than you’d like, you want to enhance your Cupid’s bow, or perioral lines make you look older than you feel, we can help.
Our lip fillers are composed of hyaluronic acid, formulated to integrate with your lip tissue for a smooth, natural-looking enhancement. We offer 0.55, 0.7 and 1ml — but you won’t be expected to know what you need. We establish that in the consultation, where you tell us your aims and we make sure your expectations are realistic.

A comprehensive consultation comes first, then a strong anaesthetic cream. We only use fillers with added anaesthetic in them. There’s some soreness and swelling afterwards, which reduces within a few days.
Your body gradually breaks the filler down — results last around 6 months to a year, and top-ups prolong the effect. If you’re unhappy with the result, the filler can be safely dissolved with hyaluronidase.
Lip filler uses the same hyaluronic acid technology as dermal fillers, and the trial evidence for HA lip augmentation is solid. Randomised and controlled studies of HA fillers in the lips show significant improvement in lip fullness and lip contour scored by blinded assessors, with correction typically maintained for around 6–12 months before a top-up. Patient satisfaction in these trials is consistently high. What the research is honest about: swelling for a few days after treatment is expected; overfilling is a technique problem, not a product problem; and the results are temporary — the body gradually metabolises the hyaluronic acid.
Not if it’s done well. The aim is a natural result shaped to your features — 0.55ml gives a very soft enhancement, 1ml a slightly more noticeable change in shape and size. We treat everyone as an individual.
A strong anaesthetic cream is applied and the fillers contain added anaesthetic, so any discomfort is usually brief and mild.

Yes — if you’re unhappy with the result, the filler can be safely dissolved with hyaluronidase.
Lip enhancement suits people who want their lips to look like theirs on a good day — not a trend shape. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have an active cold sore (treatment must wait until it has fully healed). The consultation covers shape goals honestly: if the look you're asking for won't suit your face, we'll say so.
