The Radiant / Glow Peel is AlumierMD's bespoke peel — chosen to suit your skin rather than sold off a menu. The process increases cellular turnover, meaning younger, fresher skin comes to the surface faster.
For skin with pigmentation or uneven tone, Anne may add TXA (tranexamic acid) to your peel — a targeted ingredient that tackles discolouration for a more even complexion. The TXA option is part of the AlumierMD range, not a separate treatment — Anne chooses whether it's right for your skin at consultation.
If you have melasma — which sometimes follows pregnancy — Anne can select the TXA peel to even out your skin tone.

The Radiant Glow peel is a professional-strength AHA-based superficial peel, and the evidence for superficial glycolic and lactic peels is well established. Systematic reviews of chemical peels in photo-ageing report measurable improvement in texture, tone and fine lines over a course of treatments, with histological confirmation of increased dermal collagen. Trials comparing superficial peels with microdermabrasion show comparable results. What the research is honest about: superficial peels are gradual and cumulative — a glow and texture change, not a resurfacing — and results depend on the acid blend and the skin's response, which is why the course is tailored rather than fixed.
